What we store, and what we don’t
This site is a waitlist. The plugin is a different machine, and it keeps application data on the host’s Google.
This website
If you join the list, we store your email, the time you joined, and the user-agent on the request. That record exists so we can send launch notes when DragonGate Portals is ready. We do not sell the list. We do not hand it to a third-party mail service yet — the list lives in our Cloudflare KV until it does.
The same address twice is the same record. We do not grow a pile of duplicates.
The plugin
When a festival or conservatory runs DragonGate Portals on their WordPress site, application files and rows go to that host’s Google Drive and Sheets, under OAuth scopes they approve. DragonGate does not take a copy of those packets for itself. Reviewer access is the host’s WordPress roles plus the Google they already use.
